Scruffs Hilton dog mattress in Chocolate Brown is part of our Memory series of orthopaedic dog beds, which are ideally suited to older dogs, larger breeds or pets that require more support for their joints, back or body. The beds are filled with crumb memory foam, these dense particles mould to the dogs shape, achieving an ultimate level of support.

The bed is covered in a hard-wearing faux hessian chenille top fabric with faux leather side walls. An inner water resistant liner helps protect the beds memory fill against the ingress of water and odour.

These beds are available in two sizes, 100 x 70 cm with a memory crumb fill weighing 5.5kg and 120 x 75 cm with a memory crumb fill weighing 8.2kg.

Before ordering please ensure your chosen size is right for your dog.

Sizes:

Large:     L 100 cm x D 70 cm
XLarge:          L 120 cm x D 75 cm

The outer cover can be removed for machine washing and has a non-slip base. The cover only is machine washable on a gentle 30 degree wash, only using a mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

The memory foam is a memory foam crumb not a solid pad. Whilst the crumb is better for supporting your dog's body as it is moulds to the shape and provides additional support, it can be susceptible to swell in places. This can often be caused by changes in temperatures. The crumb will settle over time and with use so please be patient with this.

Good for large dogs

I have bought this particular bed before for my ridgebacks. It is substantial and very suitable for larger breeds.

Scruffs Memory Foam Dog Bed

I was looking for a new dog bed which had to be supportive and durable for my Great Danes and decided to try the Scruffs Hilton Orthopaedic Memory Foam. What an excellent product! I chose the smaller size as the dogs sleep curled up, and it works really well. Being such heavy dogs, the Danes need bedding that isn't going to flatten or break up under their weight. The Scruffs Hilton keeps its shape and volume, and has a very durable and comfy cover. The colour is good too as it doesn't show up the muddy footprints. Only problem now is the two dogs compete to lie on it. Guess that means I'll have to get another one!

Excellent service

Product arrived in good time and seems a very good mattress.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to persuade our border collie to use it yet.

He is a very cautious boy about new things !

However, we are sure if we continue to use some gentle persuasion he will come around.
