Please send your parcel back to us at the address below inserting the original paperwork or returns note, with details for an exchange for a different size or refund request with the reason for your return (this just helps us to improve our product offering).

A refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that any items covered in dog hair are deemed damaged and not in original condition so please remove any dog hair before returning.
Please note we will only exchange or issue a credit note (valid for 30 days) for clearance and sale items.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received*, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
We are normally super-fast with returns and try to process them the same day received back. However, sometimes we get busy! So, please do give us up to 7 days to process your return. Please note that any returns may be affected by events outside of our control. Please refer to our terms of business for further details.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Do remember it can take your bank up to 7 working days to show your refund in your account once processed, although it's usually much quicker.
Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/tracked delivery and that you keep a copy of your receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you'd like to return your order, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund
If you received free UK delivery (over £39 spend) but would like to return your whole order or an item that brings your total spend under £39, a £3.95 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund (or £8 for bed & large crate purchases).
In the rare and unfortunate case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us immediately.
Non returnable items:
- Any items that are used, damaged or stained.
- Personalised items.
- Sale/clearance items (you'll receive credit only).
- Items not in their original packaging/tags
*Returns received in damaged or worn condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to you having used the items, or need cleaning from dog hair) up to the price of the items from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. If the item(s) are not capable of being re sold with a deduction we will return the item(s) to you.
