Returns & Exchange
Treat Your Dog prides itself on having very high quality standards and we are sure that you will be happy with any purchase you place with us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return/exchange policy on all of our products.

Please note that Sale items are exchange only or a credit note (valid for 30 days).

Products returned to us must be securely packaged, and in an unused, resalable condition, with the tags attached. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Postage costs on returns are the customer’s responsibility unless a product is defective. Please note: every item is thoroughly checked individually before dispatch to prevent any defective items being sent out.

If requested, Treat Your Dog will refund the purchased price of the item(s) excluding postage and packaging costs usually within 3 days upon receipt of the returned goods. Defective items will be exchanged at no extra cost to the customer or fully refunded.

TreatYourDog reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you wish to exchange a non-faulty product for another size/ colour then postage may be re-charged at Royal Mails standard rate.
